- Combine butter, ground pepper, sea salt, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning, thyme, rosemary and garlic cloves.
- Spread butter mixture over the beef tenderloins
- Grill on a cast iron pan. We want the steaks to be seared in the butter mixture.
