Seared Filet Mignon

Ingredients
  • 4 filet mignon (2" thick)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp coarse ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh roasmary (minced)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
Instructions
  1. Combine butter, ground pepper, sea salt, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning, thyme, rosemary and garlic cloves.
  2. Spread butter mixture over the beef tenderloins
  3. Grill on a cast iron pan. We want the steaks to be seared in the butter mixture.
