3/4 cups dried buttermilk powder
3 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp dried chives
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried chopped onion
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp salt

Step 1 Combine all ingredients in an airtight jar or container, refrigerate. It will keep for up to 1 year.
Step 2 For Dip: 3 TBSP dry seasoning, 1 cup of mayo, 1 cup sour cream and 1 TBSP of lemon juice. Helpful hint: In a mixing bowl, measure the dry seasoning first, then the lemon juice. Followed by the mayo and sour cream. Mix all together. For best tasting results, use regular may and regular sour cream instead of the light versions.

Online, a post suggests the only thing missing from a commercial version is thickening agents like maltodextrin, xanthan or guar gum.
