(or 1/2 c white sugar and 1/4 brown sugar)

semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

In a sauce pan combine milk and sugar. Heat to a boil.

Add chocolate chips. Bring to a rolling boil.

Remove from heat and put over ice cream.
