Ingredients
  • 12 oz evaporated milk (may use low fat)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 c white sugar and 1/4 brown sugar)
  • 9 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan combine milk and sugar. Heat to a boil.
  2. Add chocolate chips. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Remove from heat and put over ice cream.
